Promotions and Prepaid Treatments
As of 2022, all promotions and prepaid treatment packages issued by SkinGlow included a two-month expiration from the date of purchase. This policy was clearly communicated at the time of purchase.
We are currently undergoing a temporary closure of our in-clinic services, and we want to clarify the following:
- We are not offering any in-clinic treatments at this time.
All promotions sold since 2022 had a two-month expiration period. - All clients with active promotions were contacted directly prior to our closure.
- No prepaid treatments or promotional packages can be redeemed at this time.
- Although we continue to receive requests to purchase or use past promotions, we are not offering any promotions and expired offers are no longer valid.
We appreciate your understanding and continued support as we shift our focus to virtual skincare consultations and our online skincare store.
