OUR STORY

Our founder Carolina Buzelli was raised in the Brazilian beauty culture. Raised in a family-oriented household built on the foundations of holistic health and lifestyle choices, Carolina has always had a passion for skin health, building strong relationships and nurturing others. After receiving her first facial at just 12 years old, she fell in love with the skin care industry. Eager to pursue her passion, she received certifications in Brazil, the US and Canada. With a strong willingness to impact others by proving the best care and service and by sharing her knowledge of 10+ years in the skin care industry , Carolina built SkinGlow from the ground up.

Carolina’s dedication and motivation to lead a staff of talented individuals and her grounded professionalism has seen her gain a well-earned reputation amongst Vancouver’s leading medical aesthetic establishments.

I recently came in for my 2nd micro needling session at SkinGlow (I’m in my 30s and wanted to treat fine lines and enlarged pores), and had the best experience. Elena was super knowledgeable about the procedure and skin care in general and I learned a lot from her.As for the micro needling treatment..the room was clean, dimly lit, and had relaxing music playing. They use a strong numbing cream on the face which makes it a virtually painless procedure. (I would rate it at a 1 or 2/ 10 on the pain scale, tops.)My skin was a little red after (nothing major), and it felt a bit tight, almost like a sunburn (I recommend trying a peptide mask add on after to cool the skin)I followed the clinic’s after care instructions (essentially to keep the treatment area well moisturized) and the redness was gone and my face was literally glowing by the next day.My pores are visibly reduced and my skin tone is much more even than usual. I have barely had to wear foundation since!I could not be happier with the results I’ve had with this treatment and am looking forward to another session in the near future.

I've been a client of Skinglow for many years. The clinic is very clean and Carolina and her staff are lovely to work with. They are knowledgeable in all things skin related and I'm always happy with their services. My last treatment was with Elena and I couldn't be happier with my results.
